We decided to research agents and their sales during our process of wanting to sell our home this time round. We compared a number of agents in different Real Estates statistically and found Leigh's listings online and his statistics on sales were far above a number of others which is why we chose him to represent us to sell our home.
He has proven us right, with his client representation being consistant in him contacting us at the end of each and every inspection as he was leaving the house. No waiting around to see or wonder how it went. When a week may of been quiet he contacted us to let us know what was or wasn't happening. We have never felt left alone during this process.
We have now sold one home through Leigh, which had some issues involved that was time consuming and even frustrating at times. Leigh helped and made it as smooth as possible for all conerned. Any phone call to him had whatever problem dealt with within 24 hours.
